Yes! In fact, a cell phone is required for our Missed Call Text Back feature and to receive text notifications. Here's how it works: We provide a business number (see "variable fees" under FAQ for details). You make that number visible on your website, Google Business Profile, Facebook and where ever you are advertising. Via the platform, the business number is associated with your cell phone number. Using our workflow logic, whenever a prospect or customer calls your new business number and you're unable to answer it or it goes to voice mail, the system sends a text message to the caller. It could say something like "Hey, sorry we missed your call. How can I help?" or "Hey, sorry we missed your call. I see you were trying to book an appointment for a free quote. Here's a link to our calendar. Feel free to pick a day/time that works for you".
No! The AI features provided in this application are all created to increase convenience and are optional! They certainly will make the process easier and in some cases automated, but overall, you do not need to use the AI features to manage your reputation.

AI Workflow: We provide the first 100 executions for free. After that, $.039 / GPT execution $10 will give you about 250 GPT executions. (NOTE: Workflows do NOT require AI to be effective. If you purchase a phone number (for missed call text back) via the platform, you will be able to optionally make and receive calls from our mobile app. Making and receiving calls via the app allows each call to be optionally recorded as well as marked in the customer records for future reference.
Below are the fees associated with these functions:
Phone Numbers: Local numbers $1.15 and Toll Free are $2.15 each per month. (required to send text messages from the application)
Outbound Calls: $.07/minute $10 will give you about 145 one minute calls
Receiving Calls: $.0425/Minute $10 will give you about 235 one minute inbound calls
A2P registration is required for all outbound text platforms and costs about $20 (one time) per phone number. This number must be purchased within the Curolux platform in order to integrate it with all of the text/SMS features.
NOTE: For missed call text back, the system provided number will forward to your main phone number. If that call is not answered or it goes to voice mail, a missed call text back text message will be triggered and send to the caller. The messaging is completely customizable as well as follow-up text messages.
Yes, you may cancel a monthly plan at any time. For annual plans, you may cancel anytime before the end of the current term. We do not provide refunds for any reason.
Yes, if technology is not your thing (we get it!) and you prefer to allow someone else to manage the platform for you, we can do that for you for a small fee. We offer full service platform management in 5 hour blocks for $250 / Block.
